Help — Pricing & quotes

How we assess and quote a project

Work is quoted per project rather than from a price list. Project pricing depends on the confirmed scope, the materials, the quantity and the level of craftsmanship, together with the documents the work needs.

Pricing basis

How each service is priced

Each service carries its own basis, so a scope can be quoted in pieces instead of as one opaque number.

Design development

Assessed per project, against how much has to be worked out.

Pattern development and adjustment

Priced per style.

Grading and size charts

Priced by the number of sizes.

Technical drawings, tech packs and process notes

Priced per document, or by the workload involved.

Sample making

Priced by style and by craft.

Hand embroidery, beading and sequins

Priced by the complexity of the craft.

One-off gowns

Priced per garment.

Small-batch and CMT

Priced in quantity tiers.

Separate lines

What is charged separately

These are listed apart from the service fee, so you can see what the work costs and what the materials and extras cost.

01

Fabric, lining and trims

Sourced or supplied, but billed on their own line.

02

Special or expensive materials

Confirmed with you before they are bought or used.

03

Special handwork

Embroidery, beading and sequins beyond the routine are costed by complexity.

04

Extra changes beyond the agreed scope

Anything outside what the quote covers is re-assessed before it is done.

05

Packaging and labels

Regular protection, branded packing and special presentation are each quoted.

06

Shipping and international logistics

Freight and delivery costs are quoted separately from the garment.

Terms

Three points confirmed in the quote

Sample fees are charged separately and are not credited against later production. They pay for work that is done once, before a run exists. Whether any other fee is credited against production is confirmed in that project's quote rather than assumed here.

A change you ask for after you have approved a design, a pattern or a sample is re-assessed for cost and timing, and confirmed with you before it is made.

A quote's validity, the payment schedule and the cancellation terms come from that specific quote or project agreement — not from this page. Those terms are set with your project, not for all projects.

No list

Why there is no price list

A firm number depends on confirmed specifications, quantity, materials and craft. Two gowns that look similar from across a room can differ widely once the lining, the structure and the handwork are counted. A published list could only be an average that fits nobody.

For that reason, what each quote includes, how many sizes, colours and revisions it covers, and whether we or you supply the materials are all confirmed per project.
