Quality & confidentiality

Checked against what you agreed

A garment is judged against the approved sample, the technical documents and the specification behind your project — not against a general impression. Client designs, patterns and project material are treated as confidential.

01 — The standard

What quality is measured against

There is no vague idea of good work. The reference is set before production, in writing.

01

The approved sample

The physical piece you fitted and signed off. Later garments are compared against it for fit, structure and finish.

02

Technical documents

The tech pack, drawings, measurements and construction notes that define the style and how it is built.

03

The project agreement

The size specification, the material list and the terms confirmed for your project — the boundaries of what is being checked.

02 — Before shipping

Checks before packing

Pieces are checked before they are packed, against the sample and the specification you approved. This is part of producing the order, not an optional extra.

Where a piece does not match the confirmed requirements, the issue is documented before the order leaves, so it can be resolved rather than discovered after delivery.

03 — If a problem appears

Verify first, then decide

An issue is checked against the reference before anything else happens. The fastest way to help is to send the right information with your first message.

What to send

What happens next

We compare what you send against the approved sample and documents, confirm whether the piece is inside or outside the agreed specification, and set out how the matter is handled.

Where the issue sits inside our responsibility, corrections are made. Where it comes from a change made after approval, or from material supplied to us, that is discussed with you rather than assumed.

04 — Changes

Changes after you approve

An approval is a decision point. Once a sample or a specification is signed off, later changes to design, materials, size or finish are re-assessed — because production has been planned around the version you approved.

These changes can affect cost and schedule. They are discussed with you before anything is altered, so there is no surprise at the end of the project. More on quality and changes.

05 — Confidentiality

Client work stays private

What you send us is treated as yours.

Client-exclusive designs, patterns, technical files, unreleased samples and project correspondence are kept confidential. They are not shown publicly, not used as marketing material and not passed to another client.

Your brand name and your designs are not published by us without your agreement. What the confidentiality arrangement covers in detail — and how ownership of newly developed designs and patterns is handled — comes from the agreement behind your project rather than from a general claim here.

Your designs, your brand, and what stays confidential sets out the practical side.

Questions

Quality and confidentiality

Are pieces checked before they ship?

Yes. Pieces are checked before packing, against the sample and the specification you approved.

What if my garments arrive with a problem?

Send photographs or a short video, a description of the difference, the quantity affected and the size range. We verify the issue against the approved reference and reply with how it will be handled.

Will you use my designs as your own examples?

No. Client-exclusive designs and project material stay confidential and are not shown publicly. Your brand is not named without your agreement.

Who owns a design you develop for me?

This is set out in the project agreement rather than applied as a blanket rule. It is worth agreeing in writing before development starts. More on ownership.
