How we handle the details you send us
This page explains what happens to the information you send through the inquiry form or by email, and how to ask us to change or remove it.
01 — What we collect
Information you give us
When you send an inquiry through the form on the contact page, we receive the details you enter: your name, business or brand, email address, country or region, the service you need, an estimated quantity, your project description, what you can share, your target timeline, a budget range if you give one, and anything else you add.
If you write to us by email instead, we receive whatever that message and its attachments contain — which may include sketches, reference images, technical documents or specifications for your project.
Please keep passwords, payment card details and other sensitive personal information out of the form and out of any email to us. We do not need them to assess a project.
02 — How we use it
What the details are for
We use what you send to assess whether the project is a fit, to reply with a next step, and to prepare a scope and quote if you take it further. If a project goes ahead, the same details are used to run it.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it to send you unrelated marketing.
03 — Processing
The form service in between
The inquiry form is not stored on this site. Submissions are sent through Web3Forms, a third-party form service, which passes the message to the studio inbox. That service processes the submission while it is being delivered; its own handling of that data is outside our control.
The site itself is served as static pages, and we do not run advertising or analytics tracking on it.
04 — Confidentiality
Project information stays private
Designs, patterns, technical files and unreleased samples you share with us are treated as confidential. Client work is not shown publicly and is not passed to other clients.
Anything sent to us for a project is used only for that project.
05 — Your details
Correcting or removing your information
We keep inquiry details only as long as they are useful for the purposes described above. If you want your details corrected or removed, write to the studio and we will act on the request.
