Help — Delivery & shipping

How files and finished garments reach you

Digital files arrive by email, a cloud or download link, or a platform you prefer. Physical goods ship to you, with shipping, import clearance, duties and taxes normally borne by the client, and a tracking number once something leaves.

Documents and patterns

Patterns, technical documents and other digital deliverables are sent by email, through a cloud or download link, or on a platform you choose. There is no single channel imposed on every project.

What you receive — which files, in which format, and how long a link stays live — is confirmed per project. It is worth confirming the format you actually need before delivery, so nothing has to be re-exported later.

Physical goods

Finished garments

Finished pieces ship to you. The shipping cost, import clearance, duties and taxes are normally borne by the client, and a tracking number is provided once goods have left.

Packaging and labels are agreed per project. Standard protective packing, individual packing or your own branded packaging are all things to settle in the quote rather than assume. Where you supply your own brand labels, wash-care labels, hangtags or packaging, you provide the brand-owner and authorisation details.

Confirmed per project

Where this varies by project

File formats, link expiry and access, shipping insurance, responsibility for loss or damage in transit, carrier selection, Incoterms, whether samples are returned and who pays the return, and any destination restrictions are all confirmed per project.

Because these are agreed rather than defaulted, the practical advice is simple: ask for them in writing in the quote, and treat anything not confirmed there as still open.
